General information about this website and the Klusted service.
1. Owner and contact
This website and the Klusted service (the web app, the mobile app, the desktop app, the API console and the waitlist) are owned by Melty Clocks, the group behind Klusted, Pat and Melty Clocks Ads.
For any enquiry, complaint or legal communication, write to support@klusted.com. It is our only contact channel and we handle messages in the order they arrive.
2. Purpose
Klusted is an artificial intelligence service, with a free plan and paid plans, that lets you talk to models from several providers, keep a memory of your own, create content and use work tools from a single space. The terms of use and purchase are in the Terms and conditions.
3. Conditions of access and use
Browsing the public pages is free and open to everyone. Some features require an account and, depending on the case, a paid plan or balance. Anyone who uses the site agrees to do so in good faith, in accordance with the law and these conditions, and not to use it to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of third parties.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The name “Klusted”, its logo, the design, the texts, the code and the other elements of the site and the apps belong to Klusted or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, communicated to the public or transformed without prior written permission, except where the law allows it.
Third-party names and trademarks (for example, those of model or payment providers) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify the services Klusted works with.
Your content remains yours. What you write and what you upload to Klusted does not become ours; you give us only the permission needed to provide the service, as explained in the Terms.
5. Liability
- We do our best to keep the site and the service available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that they will work without interruption or errors. You can check the service status.
- Answers generated by artificial intelligence models can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise) and you should check them before relying on them.
- We are not liable for damage arising from use that breaks the law or these conditions, or for failures of third-party services outside our control, to the extent the law allows.
- This does not limit the rights the law gives to consumers, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
6. Links
This site may link to third-party pages (for example, a provider's documentation or a payment gateway). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. If you want to link to Klusted, you may link to the home page as long as you do not suggest a relationship or endorsement that does not exist and do not do so in unlawful or misleading contexts.
7. Data protection and cookies
How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and what we store on your device in the Cookie policy.
8. Changes
We may update this notice to reflect changes to the service or the law. The current version is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts that consumer law gives you apply; in all other cases, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law.
